things that we do…

Instructional Design

We design educational material based on your company policies, standard operating procedures, equipment or software operations and so on. We can produce it for classroom instruction, print self-study or online/eLearning.

eLearning/ Online Training

Using  Articulate Storyline, we can produce SCORM compliant training modules that work either stand alone, with your Learning Management System (LMS), or for use in our own managed LMS/CMS system.  eLearning Solutions include:

  • Transforming Instructor-led training into self-study eLearning modules
  • Software simulation training
  • Translating policies and procedures in training (e.g. Respectful Workplace Policy, IT Use Policy, etc.)
  • Micro-learning to reinforce key messages
  • Translating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)  into training curriculum and creating eLearning modules

Every Journey Starts With a First Step

For an organization to prosper, it requires an environment that encourages employees, at all levels, to reach their highest potential.

To help realize that potential, we developed a number of stand alone workshops that have been designed to target specific needs.

These soft skill and leadership development workshops focus on developing communication, leadership, and collaboration skill sets.

Building solid client relationships is vital to us. That means we believe in open and honest communications.  We commit only to what we can deliver and are rewarded when we can wow you with our outcomes.

Many of our clients call us when a change is imminent.  Whether restructuring or retooling, we’ve been there.  We know how significant training interventions are in contributing to the successful implementation of a change project.

Employees at all levels of an organization can be successful if they receive the knowledge and tools to adapt to ever changing work requirements, something we are particularly effective at delivering. We know that when a major change is introduced into an organization many seasoned employees are turned into beginners and feel threatened by the new.  We pride ourselves on winning these employees over, ensuring that your culture is strengthened through a spirit of optimism.

Bring us in early on a project and we will work with your leaders and subject matter experts every step necessary in teaching new skills, whether through classroom or online learning.

We work with you to develop commitment through leadership and frontline workshops that collaborate with your in-house champions to reinforce a positive experience and spirit of optimism.

How Can We Benefit Your Organization?

Collaborating with your project team, vendors, and stakeholder subject matter experts, we can create contextually specific training materials that improve employee training times, helping improve productivity.  We can convert your policies or procedures into training modules to improve standardization or develop eLearning solutions that reach employees regardless of their work location.

The key to long lasting, effective training materials is in our ability to provide detailed and appropriate context to all our products.  We don’t just develop the how, we communicate the why – Developing contextually relevant presentations, interactions, and exercises on why the change is happening, and how it will positively affect all the people involved.  Context is the key to success in any adult education initiative.
