Albert has served the learning community in different organizations for over 25 years. He has achieved a broad range of experience establishing and running learning portfolios for companies such as Seaspan, Pacific Blue Cross, C and BC Rail. His industry experience includes insurance, healthcare, secondary education, heavy industry, and hospitality. Albert held the directorship of the Learning & Development portfolio for CHIP Hospitality, a national hotel company, for several years. As a Consultant he worked with a number of hotel, restaurant, and pub establishments across Canada. Albert knows how to make learning stick while injecting a little fun into the proceedings.
Albert apprenticed his career in training and development working with a community college and university continuing education division designing and delivering credit programs. He learned and applied principles of adult education which has guided his practice over the years.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and has a post graduate degree in Adult & Higher Education.

In recent years, Anahita has been involved in designing and developing training to meet the needs of different organizations and learner groups. Her knowledge and skills in utilizing variety of online platforms has enabled Anahita to provide flexible and cost effective training to business. Whether designing face-to-face or eLearning interactions, Anahita applies the ADDIE model when designing to ensure she captures all aspects of business training requirements are taken into consideration.
Anahita has over 15 years of experience in the field of coaching and training. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from California State University, Northridge

Petra’s wealth of experience is a result of a versatile career of 30+ years in corporations of all sizes. As a certified professional coach and consultant in the eLearning space she recently has worked in the development of e-learning curriculum in the technology field, created online live-training material for soft-skill development in leaders and teams, and co-created micro-learning assets in the area of technology and staff on-boarding.
Whether designing face-to-face or eLearning programs, Petra is acutely aware of the needs of different learners based on their learning styles and preferences.
Petra is fluent in German and English. She has lived and worked in four countries on three continents and holds a degree in business from Hochschule München, a Global Executive MBA from Lancaster University and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) accredited by Simon Fraser University, Vancouver.

Through the design, development, and facilitation of learning, her blended approach addresses different learning styles.
Nisha has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Behaviour from the University of Mumbai, India and a Post Graduate Certificate in Adult Education from the University of Nottingham, UK.
Based on her global experience and life lessons she was motivated to share a literary journey through her first book, Traveling Light. While encouraging her readers to reflect on their own life journeys, she aims to contribute to the collective awareness of our world today.
